After beginning my career with global organizations, I co-founded and led a national corporation as CEO, where I developed and executed a comprehensive growth and marketing strategy that expanded distribution across every province in Canada. Under my leadership, the company became highly profitable and was ultimately acquired by a larger organization, where it continues to thrive today.
In addition to my executive career, I have served on a Board of Directors for a major institution, further strengthening my expertise in governance, financial oversight, and high-level decision-making. I am recognized for my advanced negotiation capabilities and strategic thinking; skills that are critical when navigating complex, high-value transactions.
As the founder of Masaro Premier Properties, I specialize in representing clients with significant real estate assets, including properties with future development potential. I approach each opportunity with a sophisticated understanding of market dynamics, land use considerations, and value optimization. My experience as a former condominium board treasurer also provides me with in-depth knowledge of property management, governance, and financial structures.
